deselection of checkbox for "remember for ... seconds" not remembered

Confirmed on 10.12 + 10.9 so assuming this is on all macOS versions.
Reproduce
Deselect check for "Remember for ____ seconds", then restart GPGPreferences.
Currently
Checkbox is selected again.
Expected
Setting should stick and survive relaunching GPGPreferences.
