add version details to about tab

see mockup:
- remove devision line
- remove current GPGPreferences version info
- add headline "Installed version" or "Version info" or use no headline at all
- add GPG Suite and versions of the following components: GPGMail, GPG Keychain, GPGServices, MacGPG2, GPGPreferences. Let's not include pinentry + libmacgpg.
It could be a good idea, to put the text on the left side and move the image to the right side.
The mockup is a first draft, let's discuss details once we work on this.
