add Libmacgpg version info and sorting order

This is actually 2 things:
- we should add Libmacgpg version info to the info being copy to
the clipboard when a users click on any version in the updates
tab
- The sorting order should be identical to what we display in GPGPreferences > updates
* OS X
* Libmacgpg
* GPGMail
* GPG Keychain
* GPGServices
* MacGPG2
* GPGPreferences
