Improve "Display version in messages" option

GPG Keychain not respecting that setting to full extent. We still show "MacGPG v2" when exporting a public key. Instead we should show nothing (except for the comment the user has entered in the comment field in GPGPreferences.

If the users opts to not display version info, all version info should be gone.

https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGKeychainAccess/pull/14/files fixes the export button. But drag & drop still shows "MacGPG v2".
