sort dropdown list for default key after name

GPGPreferences > Settings:
Don't know what sorting mechanism currently is used to list the "Default Key". Let's sort the list after name to give it some useful structure. Currently it's messy.
Similar key list is displayed in GPG Keychain when signing a key. So let's solve this in one go, if possible.
