Comment field not saved after editing

When in GPGPreferences > Settings > Comment and editing that field, the content is not saved.
- open GPGServices, go to comment field
- edit
- don't do anything, just hit cmd + q to quit system preferences
- restart system preferneces > GPGPreferences
- comment field is in un-edited state
Workaround, after editing click e.g. into the key server field to leave the comment field. In that case the edit is saved as expected.
