visually distinguish installed and not installed tools in update listing

Use opacity to distinguish, which tool is installed and which isn't.
Include option to add/install the missing tool. Instead of the "Check now" button (for installed tools), uninstalled tools could have an "Install" button containing a link to the GPG Suite installer.
