Add the internal build number to the about window

Add the internal build number to the about window. Analog to GPGMail. See attachment.

Please see this GPGMail ticket (http://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/65764-gpgmail/tickets/461).
I was trying out a number of new nightly.gpgtools.org builds of GPGMail, and I was frustrated that the build number I was seeing in Mail was unchanging.
I suggest any GPGPreferences modified build process uses a version.h dependent on git tags and build configuration instead of on an incrementing build number whose updates might be lost if not committed.
