Repo name switch GPGTools_Preferences -> GPGPreferences

archive or rename the old GPGPreferences to GPGPreferences_Old and move the repo GPGTools_Preferences to GPGPreferences instead.
Thoroughly homepage testing will be needed to see if anything is broken and needs to be fixed.
