  I'm having the same issue. Any solution?

  Unfortunately none of our "core developers/maintainers" is using Leopard anymore and starting with Lion it's getting harder to support 10 X 10.5 (in particular PPC binaries).

  Here we need (more) support of users/developers running Leopard to provide patches or compiled binaries.

  In this case: GPGTools_Preferences is not compiled for 10.5 since it depends on Libmacgpg that is OS X >= 10.6 only.
