checkboxes become sliders (Apple has moved to sliders instead of checkboxes for options. Checkboxes seem to be used for list options like optional Search Result elements. For other settings they are now using sliders)
Sections (left key words) become headlines
tabs should probably be removed in favor of one long list with different sections

Or we could move the options into GPG Keychain. GPG Suite Preferences Pane is flying a bit under the radar and many users are not aware of its existence, similar to how many users consider GPG Keychain the only part they need to remove when trying to uninstall GPG suite.
