add uninstaller option to GPG Suite Preferences > Settings

The uninstaller comes with every GPG Suite download. But users don't always have that around. To make it easier for them to uninstall, lets add an uninstall button to GPG Suite Preferences > Settings.
Warning: You are about to uninstall GPG Suite
Unstalling will remove GPG Mail, GPG Keychain, GPG Suite Preferences and MacGPG. Your keys will remain untouched. Please only proceed if you are sure you want to remove GPG Suite from your mac.
Cancel (default) | Uninstall
