Active Support Plan: Privat checkbox should be ticked and greyed out

Users with an active Support Plan will end up in a special private support queue. The current UI is that even for active support plan users, the "private" option is unticked. That is quite confusing and not the actual default that user group is getting.

We should

  • tick that option by default for active support plan users
  • grey out the private option is disabling makes no sense as the support queue defaults to private
