if no default key is set by user, pre-select the only available key or the latest sec /pub key if more than one key exists

Currently
GPGPreferences shows "Select a key" in the default key section of the GPGPreferences "Settings" tab.
Expected
- use case a) user has a single key: GPGPreferences should pre-select the only available key as default key
- use case b) if more than one sec/pub key exists, use the latest valid sec/pub key as default key
See also: #70 Display "Select a key..." instead of an empty combo box if no value is selected for default key
