remove check for key comment

The check for http://gpgtools.org or https://gpgtools.org is not happening.

This is a followup item to https://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/66966/tickets/120 which tracked a crash when calling the key comment check and is fixed.

Testing for the crash fix in #120 came up with following results:

Expected: remove comment dialog should be shown.

Currently:

macOS 11.6.1
GPG Suite 2021.2 (3083n)

    add comment http://gpgtools.org or comment https://gpgtools.org to gpg.conf
    open GPG Suite Preferences
    opens as expected (no crash, that's good)
    however no warning is shown

2022-02-27 EDIT: Since this would need a complete rewrite for macOS 11 Big Sur and later, lets remove code and function.
