Make discussions private by default & clear all fields after successful transmission

There's no good reason to allow public discussions via "Contact Support" since users are not aware what is happening to the information that is sent.
Let's remove the checkbox completely. People who want to open a public discussion can do so via https://support.gpgtools.org
2020-11-25: Luke has already set all discussions to private on the web server.
