Add SmartCard support

Reported by Support | March 18th, 2012 @ 12:39 AM | in 2.0.18 (closed)

Assigned to Tender discussion #916. As reported in Tender:

Regarding this: <http://support.gpgtools.org/discussions/everything/290-smartcard-su...;

I just got a Crypto Stick as an experiment, and found that the currently shipping MacGPG2 2.0.17-9 actually did work with it as far as I could determine. Unfortunately, as using it with 4096 bit RSA keys requires GPG2 2.0.18, that wasn't too far. I tried the latest signed 2.0.18 dev build on github (this one: https://github.com/downloads/GPGTools/MacGPG2/MacGPG2-2.0.18-4.dmg), but that one apparently wasn't built with smartcard support.

    I can confirm that MacGPG2 2.0.17 worked fine with Crypto Stick, but that is no longer the case with 2.0.18.
    After installing GPGTools-20120317, and trying to start scdaemon manually (scdaemon --daemon), I get the following error:
    dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _libusb_init
    Referenced from: /usr/local/MacGPG2/lib/libusb-0.1.4.dylib
    Expected in: flat namespace

    I then installed MacGPG2-2.0.18-4+1 and then get the following error instead when starting scdaemon:
    PC/SC OPEN failed: no service

    This message is written repeatedly to the terminal until the scdaemon process is killed.

    I was unable to build gpg2-2.0.18 on Ubuntu successfully, so I was hoping that the newest MacGPG2 2.0.18 would work :(
