pinentry not showing when issued from CLI

macOS 10.11 + GPG Suite 2016.4: OK
macOS 10.12.6 + GPG Suite 2019.2: not OK
macOS 12.5.1 + GPG Suite 2022.1: not OK
Reproduce
- execute in terminal
echo -e "%dry-run\n%ask-passphrase\nKey-Type:RSA\nName-Real:TestKey"|gpg2 --gen-key --batch
Currently
Output: gpg: dry-run mode - key generation
skipped
Expected
pinentry should show and dialog be functional
