scdaemon fails to talk to YubiKey after a certain amount of time

Assigned to Stable #69206. Due to a yet unknown reason, scdaemon fails to talk to a YubiKey after a certain amount of time (exact time not known either). It appears that the YubiKey is entering some kind of suspend state after which no more commands are properly processed and the error code 6D00 is returned. Re-starting scdaemon does help, so might be a problem of scdaemon as well, or might be related to scdaemon trying to establish a new connection.
