Crash in gnutls when querying the macOS trust store

This only occurs if dirmngr is used through gpg via one of our
UIs (for example, setting a new keyserver in GPG Suite
Preferences).
It doesn't occur, if dirmngr is used through gpg on the
Terminal.
Apparently this is due to the fact, that Security.framework API's
are not supposed to be used by a child process of a fork
If the dirmngr was already running, this crash also doesn't occur.

By removing this patch, only the trust store file is queried.
Our installer makes sure that all macOS root certificates are added to the trust store file.
