migration from 2.0.x to 2.2.x ignores passwords stored in macOS keychain and asks for passwords to store them in a new entry

Reproduce
- remove all "gnupg" entries from macOS keychain
- install 2017.1b3
- launch mail and send encrypted and signed test mail
- pinentry ask for password
- enter password and make sure to store in keychain is enabled
- install 2017.1

expected behavior. sadly no smoother transition was possible in this area.
