gpg 2.1: double pinentry when canceling pinentry during subkey generation

Reproduce
Create new subkey for existing sec/pub key. Requirement:
password not stored in macOS keychain.
When asked for password via pinentry, cancel dialog.
Currently
Default pinentry dialog shows after our custom pinentry dialog is canceled.
Expected
No double pinentry fun.

Current milestone used is 2.2.Setting to waiting until 2.2 is released and we can bring this patch to GPG Suite.
