issue with pinentry-mac: pass-phrase field blocked, no keyboard entry

Good day,
First of all my configuration: G5 PPC 10.5.8 / Mail 3.6 / GPGMail 1.2.0 / MacGPG1 & 2 latest PPC version installed.
When try to create signed and/or encrypted email, Mail is blocking (spinning wheel), pinentry-mac window doesn't pop-up (stay hided behind actual email window), and when accessing to pass-phrase window, entry on keyboard has no action.

No problem if i restart the imac: encryption without any problem, access to pinentry-mac and passphrase entry problem-less.

update: i found going thru Activity Monitor App, selecting gpg-agent app then choosing "Quit" brings back to normal behavior. Any idea what is going wrong?
