
Remove "no-use-standard-socket" from gpg-agent.conf

Option left for advanced users who have a non-local home and therefore
cannot use standard sockets.Have to assume that a user knows what they are doing if messing at a low level.

no-use-standard-socket belongs into gpg-agent.conf.
Not sure if this is a change in 2.x and was still possible in 1.x.
If the installer detects a no-use-standard-socket in gpg.conf and the selected MacGPG
version is 2.x the option should be moved from gpg.conf to gpg-agent.conf instead
of removing it all together.
At the moment the auto-fix puts it into gpg.conf, that's not ok.
We'll have to test if this creates other problems. -
