Check for incorrect options in gpg-agent.conf

Having followed outdated FAQs some users have incorrect options in gpg-agent.conf which prevent MacGPG2 from working correctly.
In particular:
pinentry-program filename
Use program filename as the PIN entry. The default is installa-
tion dependent.
MacGPG2 is set at compile time to the correct path for pinentry-mac and does not require this entry.
