import filter rejects key on auto key-retrieve

The key for this signature is not retrieved although auto key-retrieve is active and the key is on the key servers.

Not only is this happening with this signature, but we have another user who wrote a test mail to team@gpgtools.org for which we encounter the same problem. It's from 2014-08-03 18:34h.
