Remove MacGPG2 before installing the new version

It appears that the installer doesn't remove the old MacGPG2
version, but merge it.
This could (and has) lead to problems with pinentry, since that is
code signed and a merged
version might break the code sign check.
The installer should first remove MacGPG2 and after that install the new version.
