Maybe we should remove MacGPG1 instead (as suggested by Werner Koch).

I'm in for the removal. MacGPG2 works great and Benjamin is very responsive. But we'll receive some beating for this - no matter how we decide :)

How was this resolved? Is MacGPG1 removed or disabled in the latest installer? For me it shows up in version 2011.07.11.

Solved as stated in the title of this ticket: "Add MacGPG1 to the installer (should be disabled by default)". It's now added, disabled for newer systems and (afair) enabled for older (ppc) systems as a replacement for MacGPG2.
