Key auto-retrieve not working for some protonmail keys

For old Protonmail keys there was only the keyID issued and not the fingerprint.
We sent a PR to address this and also issue a fingerprint:

PR was merged 2020-05-11 meaning for keys created after that date, key retrieval should work.
Protonmail has implemented the advanced lookup method of WKD. We should implement support for WKD as per Libmacgpg #179.
