Add a scrollbar to pinentry-mac's info view in order to display longer text

Assigned to Beta Feedback #652. As reported in Tender:
I use a self-built gpgsm with GPGTools. When gpgsm is asked to verify a signature created with a certificate signed a certificate authority that is not on the trust list, gpgsm prompts the user. Apparently, gpgsm uses the GPGTools GUI dialogs to show the prompt. The dialog, however, only shows a small part of the text that gpgsm produces. See the attached screenshot. I would expect the dialog to scale to the needed size or a scrollbar.
