Via Tender: Importing Public Keys Via Copy-And-Paste

Assigned to Tender discussion #49. As reported in Tender:
Would like to be able to use Command-C to copy a public key from a webpage and then Command-V to paste it into GPG KeyChain Access.

True - this seems to work (at least in 1.0b4). But in this context: copy&paste an asc-file doesn't work...
