GPG Keychain Access does not sign keys

When you click the "sign" option under the "Key" menu, with a key selected you'd like to sign, nothing happens. the command line interface is signing keys just fine, so something's gone wrong in the GUI. This is in 1.0b1.

Same problem here. After updating to 1.0b1 the signing screen does not appear. So I can't sign any key.
Where can I find the log?
