Follow-up to https://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/65684/tickets/547
New manual entries are switched from http:// and https:// to hkp:// and hkps:// with GPG Suite 2023.1.
Extend this functionality to also migrate existing manually entered key server addresses, since those are not yet changed.
