replace hkps with https for default key server

Currently
Default key server is hkps://keys.openpgp.org.
While https://keys.openpgp.org can be entered and
used, it will never show but always switch back to
hkps://keys.openpgp.org.
Expected
We should switch to https://keys.openpgp.org as
default key server address. It communicates that the key server is
also usable via web and users are probably more familiar with https
than hkps.

- State changed from “new” to “wontfix”
- Milestone set to “1.11”
https is handled differently than hkps thus this change will not be implemented. Closing as wontfix and we'll stick with hkps
