import of public key results in 99% CPU usage on gpg process and hang with import never finishing

Reproduce
GnuPG signing key does not reside on hagrid vks. However it can be found on hockeypuck keyserver.ubuntu.com https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xaea84ed...
- select public key in browser
- copy paste into GPG Keychain
Currently
CPU for gpg process goes to 99,x% and stays there until the
process is force quit.
Process sample and Spin dump attached.
Expected
Key should be imported or failed import detected.
