GPG Keychain > Preferences: follow Apple Design for Toolbar Icon Placement

Apple places the toolbar icons for preferences windows in centered style since macOS 11 Big Sur. We should follow that design.
https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos... has no information on that. Assuming Apple is trailing behind on their documentation.
