increase window width of preferences to prevent hidden menu items for translations

In the screenshot example the Updates icon is
hidden for german localisation. Likly due to the rather long german
word for key server "Schlüsselserver". To prevent preferences
icons being hidden behind a » icon we could
increase window width a bit.
The window behavior is odd as the Updates icon is also hidden
when user is on Preferences > Updates which uses the identical
word Updates as icon name. So there is no need to hide
anything as existing room is sufficient. This is sub-optimal
behavior macOS 11 Big Sur. Maybe even intended.
