not opening on macOS 11 Big Sur b7 (20A5374g)

NSFileManager -removeItemAtPath: not deleting
pipes, just hangs. As a result GPG Keychain will not open.
Filed with Apple (FB8723381), unclear whether Apple will fix this for final release.
