vks fallback option to sks when searching with email not working on macOS 10.15 Catalina

The requirements for the sks certificate in macOS 10.15 are stricter in 10.15 than in 10.14. The current cert does not meet the criteria thus the fallback search is not executed on macOS 10.15 Catalina.
