show error message when imported data is corrupt

Reproduce
Attached key is luke's public key with a single characters removed in line 20. Import the manipulated key.
Currently
When that key is imported into GPG Keychain nothing happens.
Expected
Not sure how detailed the error message can be, but at minimum a dialog should be shown.
Info message proposal (TBD):
Error: Import failed
The data you were trying to import is not a valid OpenPGP key or message. Make sure the format is txt and no formatted text is used and ask the key owner or message author to resend the data.
