GPG Keychain import dialog gets too big on large imports

Assigned to Stable #103668. If many keys are imported at once into GPG Keychain the result windows tends to become too large to make any sense.
If we believe that it makes sense to display a list of all imported keys, we should have it in a scrollable window instead.

macOS 10.15.4
GPG Suite 2745n and 2746n seem to behave identical. See screenshots. -
