GPG Keychain should show an error if a file containing an invalid public key is to be imported

At the moment no error is shown and GPG Keychain appears to do nothing at all.
Reproduce:
- Create text file with any content
- Click on import in GPG Keychain
- Select text file
- Watch nothing happening
Expected:
An error to be displayed
