Replace current icons with svg icons and cleanup toolbar

Icons have always been non-retina. Let's replace current icons with svg versions and follow Apples HIG.

Updates

While we are at it, we should update the layout of the toolbar. Apple uses that place to show the current location (e.g. when in inbox in mail.app they show "Inbox" etc or finder shows the current location. But they don't show "Mail" or "Finder".

remove application name
default: Icons + Text

Apple uses:

icons only (like safari, calendar, itunes)
icons with text (pages, mail)

The new icons look good. Much more consistent with macOS.
