sks key search result behavior: pre-select valid instead of the revoked key

Requirement: show invalid keys in searchresults enabled
When searching for an email and finding two search results of the following structure:
SELECTED Key 1, generated on: 2014-05-15, State: Revoked
UNSELECTED Key 2, generated on: 2014-05-09, State: Valid
Currently
The first key is pre-selected.
Expected
This is not a good default. If the older key is valid, it should be preferred over the invalid keys for the same email.

Pre-Patch: the newer (and in this case revoked) key would be pre-selected for download
2646n: valid key is preferred over revoked (newer) key. -
