add option to search for public keys for address book contacts

This functionality originally designated for the setup wizard should be moved to GPG Keychain. Randomly importing unverified keys without later verifying them, can lead to a false sense of security. And since there is no means of known the latest key is fake or not we should probably consider this an expert option.
It could be put under menubar > keys > Search for your contacts keys
Note: Include a disclaimer informing users, that the downloaded key is a best guess and the possibility of fake keys exists.
Cancel | Continue
Then continue with structure used in wizard.
