replace entropy info during key creation

The info is old legacy and it does not apply for key creation on macOS. Opening / closing apps and moving the move like mad does not add entropy.
Since we cannot show progress, let's also remove the progress bar. It adds no value if we have no info to utilize it.
We should remove that dialog and replace it with the following dialog:
TITLE
Key creation in progress…
MESSAGE
Your new key is being created. This might take a minute, so feel
free to stretch your legs.
TITLE

NACHRICHT
Dein Schlüssel wird erstellt. Das könnte eine Minute
