option to include sec key in export dialog only becomes visible after changing the view

Tested on 10.13.2 and 10.13.3b3 with test build Version 1.3.3 (9dc6986+) (0n), which is GPG Keychain signing demo6.7z
Not reproducible using 2017.3.
When clicking export icon while sec/pub is selected, the option to include the sec key during export only becomes visible after changing the view.
