improve passwort too long error msg

Reproduce
create new key using really long (255+ chars) password with only letters
Currently
The warning about password to simple and only then the warning about the password being too long is shown.
Expected
In this case only the too long warning should be shown. Pressing OK should take the user back to the key generation dialog. No further error messages are needed at that point.

10.13.2 + GPG Suite 2090n show the correct warning (pw too long).
