asking users for password twice during key creation

10.13GM + 10.12.6 tested and 100% reproduce
GPG Keychain 1.3.3 1372n
Reproduce
- create new key
- fill out default form + click "Generate Key"
Currently
Additional dialog is shown requesting the password again. (see attached screenshot)
This looks really familiar to the issue we had when canceling the pinentry request while creating a new subkey.
