Add option to allow for frequent update checks for expired keys

Propagating an updated key is probably best done using the key servers. But many users don't even know they can check for an updated version of an expired key.
To avoid confusion and make key management more seamless, it would be nice to offer an optional setting, which enables frequent (daily, weekly?) checks for expired keys.
The expired key is automatically checked with the key servers and if an updated version exists on the key servers the update is automatically downloaded.
Edit: add another option or somehow find a way to extend automatic update checks for all keys. Keys may have been revoked but not updated yet.
